Marketing Specialist


Description/ Job Summary

Position Objective: Marketing specialists plan and deliver marketing strategies. Responsible for analyzing the potential of marketing plans of products and making reports based on updates on market trends, competition and product penetrations.



  • Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company’s brand.
  • Ensure the effectiveness and deliverability of marketing strategies.
  • Collect data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions with surveys and questionnaires.
  • Analyze data with specialized software and analytical skills.
  • Prepare reports and present results to clients and supervisors.
  • Maintain uniformity and consistency of brand image and marketing positioning.
  • Handle any marketing project as required.



  • Minimum 4 year degree in marketing or related field plus 2 years of marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff.
  • Work well with supervision, independent thinking and small teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
