Prices
All prices shown are wholesale.

Shipment
FOB North Brunswick, New Jersey.

Minimum Order
$150.00 of assorted products.
Minimum unit quantities are listed for each item unless otherwise indicated.
Orders must be placed for the minimum or multiples thereof.
Less than $150.00 – plus $7.50 Handling.

Past Due Accounts
All invoice not paid within terms of sale are subject to an interest of 1-1/2% per month. No exceptions. All collection cost, attorney fee and court costs will be paid by the client if necessary to collect. A $30.00 charge for each returned check.

Claims
All claims for deficiencies, errors in price, or terms must be filed within 5 days, including a copy of the official delivery receipt to confirm cartons received as stated on the Bill of Lading.

Returns
All returns of merchandise must have our prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be returned freight to the sender.
All returns are credit memo only.
All returns must be shipped by freight prepaid and packed in original package.
All returns are subject to restocking charge of 25%.

New Accounts
Please submit DNB number, bank & 3 current trade references.
